HyProCure Part Deux

HyProCure: Part Deux

It is September 5th, 2012 and I am one month and 4 days away from having HyProCure surgery on my left foot. That's right, October 9th, 2012
Three months ago on June 6th, 2012 -

I had double surgery, the hyperpronation correcting HyProCure, as well as a bunionectomy.
After three months I can say that the right foot is doing very well, but I am surprised that I still have to take it easy. We went to the Greenbelt Festival at Lake Christie near Dundas, Ontario on Saturday August 27th

Of course I walked along the beach, and back and forth across the festival grounds all day. By nighttime the foot was swollen and sore to walk on, but a day or two of rest, coupled with the ingesting of the anti-inflammatory drug Advil, and I am walking without a limp again. But that is the thing; if I over do it, I start to limp again. My big scary question is, what will happen after I have the second surgery, and both feet need to be pampered?

Well for the answer to that question, and more info on my progress and pitfalls, come back to check. I will also be posting the next surgery video which I will film with my Sony AVCHD Handycam, instead of my iPhone. I have cleared it with the doctor. The first video was done on the spur of the moment, as you will see, because the film starts when he has already begun the HyProCure stent installation process. Nonetheless, I still got great clarity on the first film.
Next time the camera will hopefully be better positioned for a clearer shot of the surgery.

Stay tuned.
